Tasks
- To achieve the target set for the year in Commercial Vehicle Finance
- Create relationship/Liaison with Key Channels, manufactures and Dealers to maximize business potential.
- Manage the HBL team and DSA (Direct Sales associate) and ensure their performance as per set targets.
- Business Enhancement through Branches – Would be responsible for driving branch targets through the Branch team.
Motor/General Insurance Penetration. - Maintain Branch WIRR as per set target Maintain PDD (Post disbursement docs) trigger as per set target.
- Regular check on ED cases and manage quality portfolio.
Requirements
- Should have completed 1 year in the current role
- Good communication skills, basic knowledge of Commercial
- Vehicle product & wide range of bank’s products.
- Graduate in any Stream
