Tasks

Responsible for managing a team of Team Leaders in order to achieve the following objectives in areas of Customer service, Call Quality, Daily Operations management and revenue generation through cross-selling for Customers that contact the Phone Banking center for queries on Cards/Assets and Liabilities products

To ensure Service Excellence through consistent service delivery across all service metrices for his/her team across the entire time span of the call center ( depending upon the city).

Meet sales productivity benchmarks & revenue generation through cross-sell, thereby contributing to meeting the cost:income target for the Unit.

Ensure that the entire time span of the call center is managed seamless through adequate support during the Shift Management – through handling of Second level escalations, Rendering Financial Authorisation and maintaining targeted service levels across all Shifts
